Andrew Penney hit a two-run home run and drove in four runs as Fargo Post 2 shut out Thief River Falls (Minn.) 20-0 in Game 1 of an American Legion baseball doubleheader on Tuesday.
  Andrew Lein, who batted 3-for-3 in Game 1, pitched in relief in the second game, and struck out the side in the top of the seventh inning to preserve Post 2’s 2-1 victory after TRF led off the inning with a triple.
